The influenza vaccine is given annually starting in October to infants and children at least 6 months of age or older at the start of the season.

* Tdap may be given at the 10-year visit at the provider’s discretion. If given at the 10-year visit, then no Tdap will be given at the 11-year visit.
** If the HPV vaccine series is given prior to 15 years of age, then only two vaccines are needed to complete the series. If the series is initiated at 15 years of age, three doses of the HPV vaccine will be needed.
