Dr. Michael Sheehan
Dr. Michael Sheehan grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was lucky to be the 4th of 7 children in a wonderful family. He was a classmate of Dr. Rice at the University of Notre Dame. After graduation he worked at a bank in New York City for a few years. He decided to go to back to school because he yearned for a career that enabled him to help others. He both attended medical school and did his residency in Pediatrics at Georgetown University. He then practiced Pediatrics in Washington, DC until he moved to Connecticut and joined Branford Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine in 2008. He is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is also a Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics at Yale School of Medicine. He enjoys passing on his medical knowledge to the next generation of doctors.
Dr. Sheehan lives in Madison with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys coaching youth sports, working in his yard (believe it or not), and participating in just about all outdoor activities with his family in his free time.
